European "property Oscar®" award competition refocuses on Sustainable Real Estate Investment, and features chapter by Robinson in competition's documentary book
GERMANY, Munich--April 2009--Since 2001, The Prime Property Award by Union Investment has gained a reputation as Europe's property Oscar® by recognizing exemplary real estate projects and teams. In 2008, the competition focused for the first time on property investments that make an important contribution to the quality of the urban environment by virtue of their sustainability, e.g. with regard to the ecological impact, and by improving and enriching their surroundings.

Every year, Union Investment shares the learning from the event as well as insights from other global leaders by publishing a documentary book. This year's book showcased Europe's best green buildings and featured sustainability experts, including Momentum Bay's founder Mark Alan Robinson, who consulted as Hines' first Sustainability Manager.
Robinson's chapter explains Hines' game-changing, sustainable model for breaking real estate's "vicious circle of blame."
