The Prime Property Award 2008 by Union Investment refocused this year on sustainable real estate investment. Every year, Union Investment shares the learning from the competition as well as insights from other global leaders by publishing a documentary book. This year’s book showcased Europe’s best green buildings and featured sustainability experts, including Momentum Bay’s founder Mark Alan Robinson, who consulted as Hines’ first Sustainability Manager.
