Momentum Bay began as a turnaround management, corporate renewal & strategic growth consulting firm focused on owners & executives in construction-related industries.

For example, we have consulted to building supply distributors & retailers; home furnishings, flooring & wood products manufacturers; design-build firms; mixed-use developers; etc. And, these industries continue to be our primary focus.

Since 2002, we have focused increasingly on sustainability.

As management consultants first & sustainability experts next, we offer a unique blend of green management consulting. We view sustainability as much more than an environmental or marketing add-on: resource stewardship is integral to business & life. That is, we advise & practice corporate sustainability to secure our clients' & our own financial capital (profit), human capital (people), & natural capital (planet), equally balanced but in that order.

Currently, we work with primarily three client segments:

• design, construction & real estate (e.g., having served as the first Sustainability Manager for the United States' leading owner, developer & property manager of ENERGY STAR® labeled & LEED® certified, pre-certified & registered green building projects)
• a host of other industries going green (e.g., energy, banking & food)
• the faith community (e.g., a Christian college, & a faith-based, nonprofit, eco-adventure ranch resort).

For these & other clients, sustainability is becoming a core, integrated component of their financial, operational & marketing strategies. Clients continue to find that "green" fosters long-term, secure, sustainable success & significance both profitably & practically.

The consulting services we provide directly* are two-fold:

Specialized services:
• Corporate sustainability strategy, marketing, mentoring clients' green teams, custom research, carbon footprint analysis, etc. (projects at various hourly rates dependent upon scope of services; minimum project size $15,000)

Integrated services:
• Sustainability & strategy consultant** (hourly or monthly rate; projects range from $15,000 to $100,000+)
• Interim VP of sustainability & development (fixed monthly rate; typical project duration six to 36 months)
